What We Offer
Over a period of one or two days, we utilize our process of discovery to discern a management team's unique vision and values. Once a set of collective values have been identified, participants are guided through a process which allows them to construct a passionate vision for their organization. Using a series of probing techniques, role plays, and activities, participants are directed to define and refine a vision statement that accurately reflects the values of the organization, providing a solid foundation for the application of all future actions and decision-making.
